Susan Slade

Susan Slade has called Huntsville home for the past 34 years. She has over 37 years of experience in the dental field and spent the first 35 years in pediatric care. She is passionate about educating patients of the importance of dental hygiene. She has been a part of the Hazel Green Dental family since 2022.

Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with her loved ones, including her two adult children and a lively bunch of dogs, cats, and turtles. She loves being a part of the Hazel Green Dental family and helping patients maintain their dental health.
